I think that stress is a part of ANY job. Even a sweeper has targets to meet each day, so why make an issue out of it? I also feel that people who whine about stress are just bad managers.... learn to work hard or quit the job. If you have a tough job, you should be paid as much. I dont mind stress, but i ensure that I get paid for the stress i put up with!

working in an ad firm is the worst... and i suggest to everyone who cant handle stress to stay away!!! they make you work every day, every night, the pay sucks, and we have to put up with an eccentric boss who pretends to be creative but just falls short of even the worst team member! personally, i use squeeze toys to relax in office... it' s the best way..
