hello every one i need a home remedy for sciatica .plz help me . NN replied. Sciatica is basically a muscle in the back and the only way to cure any kind of injury in the back is to go o bed rest. Don't do any kind of work and don't sit or stand for too long and just rest as much as you can. NN replied. Acc to what i know the best treatment for this is bed rest and As minimum work you can do.
