Saniya..Plz tell me the advantages and disadvantages of eating mayonese.Can mayonese make me fair?And also tell me the advantage nad disadvantage of taking cheez..
Saniya u adviced to many ppl that they shud take honey..It will make ur skin fair..I want to know that which brand of honey is gud..We use lagnese honey..It's gud.or not?.Can i drink honey in warm water without adding lemon juice.
Can eating ice cream make us fair??if yes than wat u think abt chocolate flavour as chocolates makes ur skin dark and dull..
can i do excercise after 1 hour of eating food..I drink orange juice after my excercise..So it's gud or not??i mean after half an hour i drink juice.

dear samra,
yes,all milk products make u fair.same goes for mayonnaise and cheese.the advantages are that these foods will make u fair,r essential for strong bones due to their calcium content and r rich sources of protein required for the healthy growth and proper development of the body.the disadvantages include weight gain if u take them excessively as these foods r also rich in fat.
i use calipino honey.i dont know about lagnese but it seems good.always buy good quality and expensive,pure honey for maximum benefit.it may be expensive but it is 100%pure and natural as well as beneficient.yes,u can drink it inw arm water without lemon but i dont recommend it as lemon makes u far since it has a high content of vitamin C essential for fair skin.
yes,eating ice cream,besides making u fair,also combats acne and pimples.chocolate is a warm food.the coolness of ice cream will cancel out the side effects of chocolate but u wont receive much benefit.same goes for mango ice cream as mangoes r really warm foods and may result in acne.try vanilla or strawberry.
exercise should be done atleast 2 to 3 hours after food intake.it may be as long as 4 hours fr the food to stay in the stomach.when the food leaves the stomach,exercise is good or else u may get cramps.
yes,u can drink orange juice half an hour after exercise.by then,ur body will have relaxed and ur breathing rate will have returned to normal.
