Skin Care

1. You should exfoliate your skin on a regular basis, at least once a week. Set aside a Specific day of the week to do so, for example, use an exfoliating treatment in the place of Gentle Foaming Cleanser \";All skin types\";.

2. Exfoliate using gentle move never \";rub\"; or \";pull\"; your skin since this could lead to slackened skin. Remember to exfoliate the neck and décolleté as well as your hands.

3. Offer your skin the benefits of a mask once a week.

4. Do not hesitate in combining the benefits of two different facial masks at the same time: For example, Purifying Plant Facial Mask can be applied to the T-zone area which has a tendency to be oily and Revitalizing Moisture Mask to the rest of the face. .

5. To take full advantage of a mask, relax facial features and lie down with your feet slightly raised during the amount of time the mask is left on.


EYE CARE - DO YOU?

DAYTIME TREATMENT
Daytime Eye Treatment With the ring finger of each hand, apply a small amount of Eye Contour Gel using light tapping movements. Start on the eyelid and continue below the eye, moving from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye.

Day Protection Warm Day Cream between the hands and smooth over the face and neck with upward and outward movements. Apply finely and evenly avoiding the eye area.

Evening TREATMENT
Eye make-up removal Soak two cotton wool pads with Eye Make-up Remover. Using one pad for each eye, gently stroke from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. Follow by cleansing and toning. Then apply Eye
Contour Balm with smooth stroking movements around the eyes.

Night treatment Warm night treatment products between hands, smooth over face and neck with upward and outward movements. Apply finely and evenly avoiding the eye area.


Face Pack

How you look depends on what you eat and drink and what you apply on your face. The ideal skincare routine is a daily procedure of cleansing, toning and moisturizing. To supplement this you must use a face pack from time to time. Face packs stimulate circulation, tone facial muscles giving the face an instant lift, and maintain the elasticity of the skin. They cleanse your pores by drawing out deep-seated impurities.

When applying a facepack:
Apply the pack with your fingertips. The skin on your face is extremely delicate.
Do not apply the pack too close to your eyes and mouth because when the pack dries and tightens on your skin it may harm these very delicate areas.
Apply cotton pads soaked in cucumber juice or tea bags soaked in iced water, on your eyes. You could also crush mint and apply around eyes. These are great for under-eye circles or to relieve stress.
Lie down as this is extremely relaxing and also prevents your skin from being stretched the wrong way.

There are many face packs available in the market. But you could prepare the best face pack in your kitchen itself. Here are are few handy face pack preparations.

Facial packs for Oily Skin:
Carrot Pack
1 tbspn Carrot juice
1 tbspn honey
10 drops lemon juice
1 tbspn multani mitti or gram flour
Mix ingredients into a paste and apply for 20 minutes. wash off.

Face Pack For Dry Skin:
Honey Pack
Ingredients
3 tbspn almond oil
1 tbspn lanolin
1 tbspn Petroleumjelly
1 tbspn olive oil
Melt all the above ingredients over double boiler, remove from heat, beat it with an egg beater
until cool. Apply on face for 30 minutes and then wash off with warm water

Face Pack for soothing the Skin
This pack relieves your skin when it is feeling tired makes you feel relaxed.
Cucumber-Lime pack

Peel and slice a medium sized cucumber and put it in a bowl. Squeeze the juice of half a lime over the slices and let them stand for an hour. Rub these soaked slices over your face carefully avoiding the eyes. Leave on for 30 minutes and rinse off with cold. This pack works specially well for oily skins.

Cucumber-Yoghurt pack

Grate 1 small cucumber finely and mix with 100 grams of yoghurt. Apply pack on the face and leave on till it dries.Wash off with cold water. This pack is good for dry or sensitive skin.

Packs for normal skin
Milk pack
Soak cotton wool in cold milk and apply on the face
