Hi,

The perfect mantra for a normal delivery is to be active until the last day. Some people say that walking helps. But I never walked though I was active the whole of my pregnancy. I had a very normal delivery 2 months back..A very short labour too. So the mantra is to be active.

I delivered my baby girl 6month back normally. Few things I want to tell you that 24 weeks is too early to predict what will happen on the d’ day. So don’t get panic, just do your routine work. Try to be active. Do not stress yourself by any means. Eat healthy and drink lots of fluid. And last thing is that nothing is in your hand. Just hope for the best. Wish you a healthy baby. God bless you.

I am in my 38th week and i also and to have a Normal delivery . I have been working till last week so that i have regular movements, although i had sitting job.
As such its all that GOD has decided for us.
Especially in India doctors prefer ceasearean so i would suggest tell ur dr . that you wud like to go for a normal delivery. As such i am not aware of any thing specific that can help u have anormal delivery ..but as far i know u shud do more of walking..do not do at a strech if u r having cramps..walk for 20 -20 min at specific intervals.
Ya u can have raw coconut early morning starting from ur 8trh month.

All the best.

Dear All,

I'm Dr. Meghna Bharath. I'm a strong proponent of Natural Birthing.

In the run-up to becoming a Mom myself, I prepared for Natural birth and delivered naturally. Recently I encouraged and supported my younger sister and close friends deliver naturally as well [through remote advice, since we were across a 10-hour timezone :)].
