Saniya.How r u? Can we take raw onion with lunch..Watz the advantage to take raw onion, Brinjal and shimla mirch and small mirch..R they also go0d for farir n healthy complexion??
Can we add red chilli and black pepper n soya sauce etc in Salad??

dear samra,
im doing fine,thank you.
raw onion makes skin fairer.so u can take it with lunch.
shimla mirch(capsicum)is a very rich source of vitamin C which is essential for fair skin.u will get fair skin if u consume it.brinjals keep the kidneys in good condition and also have minerals like clacium,iron,magnesium,potassium and phosphorus.these r necessary to absorb other nutrients.if the kidneys r helathy and the waste matter is removed from the body,obviously,ur skin will be healthy.small mirch is a good source of vitamin C but its better to avoid it as it is spicy and not good for skin.
u can add sauce and chilli i salads but in very little amounts.try sprinkling lemon juice on the saldas or vinegar.that will be much more beneficial.
