Hi Saniya Jee! I am new on this site.. and I'm impressed with how helpful this board is. It seems as everyone supports on another and do their best to help them!

Without saying.. it appears as you are the loved lady around here! And that's why I thought you could help me out on my first query lol.

- I am desperate to retrieve my fair skin. What can I consume in my diet.. that will improve my complexion?

P.s. Don't worry about the mask applications on my face. I have combination skin.. so will treat it to a mixture of tomato + lemon juice on the t-zone.. and honey and lemon on the cheeks.

1)on waking up in the morning,take the juice of half a lemon,add it to warm water and a tablespoon of honey.drink this.

2)soak methi(fenugreek)in water overnight.on waking up,drink the water and eat the seeds.

3)eat lots of resh fruits and veggies.eat the following daily or drink their juice:
mint juice(very effective)
lemon juice
tomato
beetroot(chikandar)
apple
carrot
orange
sanghara

4)8 to 10 glasses of water is a MUST!

5)eat lots of honey and yoghurt.

6)exercise daily for 20 minutes.it will bring an exceptional glow to ur skin.its great to take a bath after exercise and also wash ur face.

7)drinking warm milk with a few strands of saffron daily is believed to make ur skin fair.however,there is no scientific prof for this but it has been followed as a tradition for many years.

be very patient please.internal remedies take a lot of time to work but they do work!
