Name: sanju hi everyone. yesterday i went for my checkup. my HB is 10. my doc is saying that i am having low HB and baby growth is also not quite good. what all should i include in my diet etc. i am already in my 30th week.

Hi Sanu and Vir,

I' m 33 week pg. Earlier i was also suffering from low HB. After that i had added these things in my diet my diet now i' m fine.
In the morning i have added Dalia in my breakfast.
Afternoon i take apple +pamagrante(ANAR)
Evening i added Lotus stems or brocoli or Palak+leafy vegetables in my diet.

Do try this .

Low HB

Hi!

Eats lots of greens. Drumstick leaves, Dates. I myself suffering from low HB and i have 7 now and in 24th week.

i haven' t done it but i heard about it. it is similar to ultrasound but much more clear. u will actully see the baby than just a figure. one of my friend did it. there is a fee for it.
they can even show u the gender very clearly than ultrasound. it is done around 20week.
