freinds i saw in this site that drinking of orange juice will improve color .
iam drinking from past 1mth so how many mths it will take for best result Sobia replied. Yeas dear..Drinking orange juice daily makes ur skin fair espacially if u take this juice in morning but it has vitamic C so it is better that u take an apple after drinking orange juice..
Vitamin C makes ur colour fair but if u take it in empty stomuch than u can suffer from acidity
And also avoid mirch masala as they can make ur skin dark..u can take it in little qty but don't take too much spicy dishes.
Banana shake mango shake and strawberry shake also makes u fair..
Drink Milk Daily.
PEpsi and coke which ppl like v.much also not gud for skin..So it is better to avoid them intead take fresh juice..Like carrot juice or apple juice..
Carrot makes skin fair but if u drink milk after taking carrot than it will be more effective..
Do follow my advice..
it will improve ur complexion.

its true that orange juice improves colour as it has vitamin C.try lemon juice too..it is a much richer source of vitamin C.
first of all,make sure ur drinking 100%natural orange juice for maximum benefit.
secondly,if u drink orange juice and expose urself to the sun,then obviously,the benefit of orange juice willl be cancelled out by the sun...so..stay out!
it will take about 8 weeks or 3 months to show great results but u will notice day by day.
remember however,that this will work only if u are naturally fair and have gotten dark.nothing safe in the world can change ur natural colour.bleaching,chemicals,etc.. are all extremely harmful and will destroy ur skin.
