Dear Asma.!!!Applying rose water before going to sun is v.good..By applying rosewater sun rays does,nt effect too much..But if u make rose water in home than it will be more benifical for u..
U jzt take some fresh red roses..Wash them and add some water in it so that all roses dip in water completely..Boil this water.After boiling water the colour of red roses become change to white..Now stop boiling..Put this rose water in a bottle and store this water in a refrigerator..U can use this mixture whenever u want..u can also apply this rose water in ur eyes..
It is natural 100% pure rose water..

dear asma,
a good quality sunblock should be applied before su exposure and after sun exposure,an after sun lotion of the same brand should be applied.
alternatively,u can apply rose water before going in the sun and rub ur face with potato juice after returning.
u can also use potato juice instead of after sun lotion.
