Brown Rice!

girls,I checked in yahoo search engine for brown rice ..do check it..seems to have 3 times the fibre of white rice(though diff. websites give diff. fibre ratios)but definitely much better than white rice!

Hello

I have heard methi(fenugreek) is good for controlling sugar level. It also helps to increase the milk production. South Indians usually put methi in Dosai idli. U can also soak a spoon of methi in cup of water and keep it overnight and then just drink that water first thing in the morning. It's really good.
