hi Saniya,
how are you? Thanks for your help before i have been using it and my skin looks great. But now i need help for my hair. My hair has been thick ever since i was small, but recently it has started to fall out A LOT. My hair id medium length and normal hair type. Can you please suggest what i can put in my hair to help it fall out? Can you also suggest what i should eat? Thanks...lokking forward to your reply

its great to know that ur skin is getting better day by day.i hope it continues this way.
for ur hair,do the following:

external remedy:
once a week,mix an egg,a tablespoon of yoghurt and a teaspoon each of cider apple vinegar,almond oil,mustard oil and castor oil.mix all the ingredients well and apply the mixture n ur scalp as well as hair.beware of the stink!u may wear a shower cap over ur hed after applying this.when it dries,say,after an hour or two,shampoo it off twice and watch ur hair liven up with health and volume.this mixture s multi purpose,it removes dandruff,adds volume,softens and thickens the hair.u will noy ice instant results and with continuous use,u will wish to die for ur hair.

internal remedy:
this refers to ur diet.eat protein rich foods such as yoghurt and eggs.drink milk daily.eat pulses and include meat in ur diet.all these r not only great for hair but also work wonders on skin.eat fresh fruits and veggies and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.ur hair constitutes water which is necessary for its beauty.

precautions:
dont shampoo ur hair excessively.thrice a week is mre than enough.
dont brush ur hair wen it is wet as hair tends to break more easily in that state.
dont rub the towel against ur hair to dry it.just blot ur hair dry and tie the towel on ur head.
avoid touching ur hair excessively.
dont make tight pony tails.either leave ur hair open or tie it loosely.
