C-Section:low lying placenta and air travel

I am 27 weeks pregnznt znd have a low lying placenta which is reaching the cervix.I am looking forward to travel in a week for a 8 hr flight journey..My Dr did advice me to travel once i complete my 7 months.But i m confused as travelling late can b more risky...Please help ,if i can travel during my 28 weeks or shall i delay it..Also note rhat i dont have any kind of bleeding or other complications wat so ever..Thanks...Plz reply soon

C-sections are planned when the mother wishes to escape the labor pain or in emergencies like if the cord is entangled around the baby's neck and the baby's life is at risk. But i think natural delivery is always a better option.... - Neeta [View Message]
