I recently use almond and milk paste. can i use it on my arms too or no. And if i do wouldnt the this ruin my bed and spread. Let me know

yes,it can be used on the arms as well.u need to moisturise ur arms too.use a good lotion.st.ives aloe vera lotion s excellent.but please avoid products on ur face.facial skin is very delicate and sensitive.
what i do is spread an old sheet o my bed if i have any overnight remedy on.in the morning,i put the sheet in the washing machine and by nught,its again ready.
