Hi friends,
I'm 31 wks pregnant. I'd been for a check up and the Doctor said the baby's growth is delayed by a week.Really tensed.Are there any complications ... wht can i do ??????

Hi Deepali,
As rightly written by Archie there is nothing to be worried for …you should be concerned if growth is delayed beyond two wks . One reason could be irregular periods. During my first pregnancy there was a major difference of 10-14 days always between actual EDD and scanned EDD.

Deepali,
it would be of concern if the growth is more than 2 weeks different from last ultrasound. A week difference is considered to be normal.
