halo vijay brother,
iam frm due date club august.previously i ahd dandruff controlled by niozoral shampoo..ever sice preganacy (6th month now)i hav an increse in dandruff.iam still using nizoral,but my mum says there is slight hair color change.there is hair loss also.also dandruff is comin bac faster than b4.
so can u suggets wat natural remedy is gud for preg woman?is inc in dandruff due to lack of vegetable in diet.since pregnant i hav diff taste.

Reshmi or whatever you are, you are suffering from iron deficiency, go take some iron supplements. Cheapskate, during your pregnancy you should always go to the doctor for periodic check ups, since you are so cheap and want to save money, have you ever thought that being cheap can hurt your fetus>?

u r carrying baby so plz avoid tablets.
just drink more tender coconut and buttermilk.

take curd with little sugar and salt.
i hope already u r taking vitamin tablets by doctor' s prescription.so remaining things we can get vitamins from nice foods.
drink milk also
just try to take cashew nut
dont worry all are protein content things so it will reduce ur fat
dont think this all will make u fat.bcoz high protein foods will take more energy to digest.so we can get health benefits and also fat reduction also
