In first month my weight was 54 k.g but now I am 31 weeks pregnant .I am 5' 3 and only 61 kg in weight. I lost 1kg in this month because i was in some health problem. i am very much concerned about my weight.how much weight is needed for me.now i have started 8th month.Please suggest me someway to gain weight.

I will be starting my 31st week soon and due to some health problem I also could not put on any weight in last 2 weeks I understand your tension, but ask your doc. sometimes you put on weight later on in the month, try to increase your calorie intake and stay calm. just dont worry about weight gain if the baby is all right n the gyne says no prob then forget everything else.weight gain is around 1 to 2 kgs a month ,but then it depends on lot of other factors sometimes u gain a lot of wieght but the baby is under weight n vice versa.just have healthy diet no junk food n u will be fine.
