Due Date Club April 2004:My appointment update

Name: jenn hey everyone..my appointmetn was just great!! except it was really long almost 4hours , it took long only because of the wait. but in the end felt worth the wait,
the doctor di d the level 2 u/s , we couldnt record it on casette as it was against the ethics of medicine or some crap like that, was disappointed , but luckily we could shoot it on a camcorder.. so was happy with that at least.
the baby was very active, actually i had tea before i left for appointment maybe it was the caffeine,because the baby was moving the whole time and actually waving the hands... it was such a wonderful feeling ..
and then we had blood tests (AFP/triple screeen)the results of which are yet to come i guess it takes 2-3 weeks.
thats it , and thanks Swati for the idea of taking camcorder and thanks Tina for asking abt my appointment.well i have officially completed my 17weeks tod ay..

Hi Jenn

The feeling when u see ur baby is something which can only be felt . I mean its difficult to express . We all are happy to hear about ur appointment.Good that u cud get all of that in ur camcorder. My next appointment is on 19th of this month . That wud be last one in US as i am flying to India on 28th Nov . I am excited about this .

i know nov , 12th might seem very far i too was soo curious to see the baby. iam sure you'll enjoy it., as swati said dont forget your casette and if you own a camcorder take that along too ..
