Well y daughter is 22 years old and she is have waist lenght hair.she doesnt take care of her hair due to which it is looking very dull , thin from bottom and her is having split ends of 8-9cms. but she is not ready to cut her hair and due to her job she is not able maintain them,

if not then u can probably take the help of her friends/cousins/family members. ask them to make fun or some bad comments abt her splits so then she will realize that people notice how bad it is. finally she will agree to cut.
