Please I need your help. I had a little dandruff problem and put methi powder in my hair. I have tried rinsing it out, BUt there is still so much methi little particles. I did not buy the seeds, I bought the paste. How can I get rid of all the little particles...it looks as though I rolled in the sun. Thank you so much for your help. logic replied. Right! iam clinical pharmacist.i wanna tell u the best thing for gettin rid of dandruff is nizoral shampo(ketoconazole)use it thrice weekly intialyy,then once a week.also check for hormonal plms.it can cause dry skin leading to dandruff.DANDRUFF ISNT CAUSED BY BACTERIA.dry skin...also extreme climate like hot n cold and even sitting in an air conditioned room for prolonged time.
ya vijay is rite in telling abt vit b supplements.also inc iron intake like check with doc and see if u hav iron deficency.if yes then go for supplments.this is mainly intended for hair growth and not dandruff.to my knoweldge there are no drugs that can prevent dandruff when taken orally.coz this only dry skin.
logic is rite in away abt bacteria.coz once dandruff increses to maximum combined with sweat and sebm,dirt.there rarely may cause fungal infection//bacterial infection to skin. logic replied. who the hell uses methi powder for dandruff?
Do you think methi powder kills the dandruff causes bacteria? If thats the case, why stop at methi? Apply all the vegetables on your head! Feed your head!

Vit B complex for dandruff? Do you even know what Vitamin B is? Do you even know what a VITAMIN in?
What is VIT b complex going do to? Increase your neural power so much that it blasts dandruff on the skull right from the brain?

use white or apple cider vinegar for dandruff probs
i mean just apply vinegar by massage leave 1 hour to soak
later u can wash
by the same process u can use curd also
