Hi!
I too had gd with my son.And all I can say is don't worry its going to be tough buti'm sure u can do it
My diet was as follows
BF Milk and toast (Wheat bread) with peanut butter(Protein)No fruits in the morn b'coz it increases ur blood sugar.

Snack: Cheese slices(Protein),Milk and fruit.

Lunch:Start with cheese or any proteein than have chappattis Have some curry which is rich in protein like paneer,Chole,Any daals.Don't eat much rice.Walk for 5-10 min after every meal(It will control ur sugars)

Snack:Milk,Bread with peanut butter or some fruit

Dinner: Start with protein.Chappattis and curry,No rice.

Snack: Milk and fruit.

The night snack is imp as it will help ur readings in morn to be normal.Take a walk in the morning and after every meal.Don't use regular sugar use sweetners(I used splenda.Chk which is pregnancy safe). If ur a non veg eat lot of it(High protein)
I also ate carb smart ice creams once in a while.

If u need any further info let me know All the best!!
