i straigten my haires soon after 2 months of my delivery,now its falling like anything i am using conditioner after every shapoo,i am too much worried,i heard this is natural after delivery is that so ? pls let me know something to save my haires shaikat replied. hi im 20 yrs old young man, and im losing hair as if i were in my 50's i tried ans spent almost more then 200 dollars to find a cure for my hair.every time i get out of the shower and i try to dry my hair wiht the towel atleast more then 10 hairs comes out please im really frustrated at this point try and give me a useful advise lekha replied. is your hemaglobin level okay? take a complets blood test.
Have a cup of milk with beverage (bounvita, boost ect, believe me it works).
Have oranges and Almond in your diet.
Try Roop hair oil (I dont know where u live but its avaliable openly in mumbai)
Keep your hair dandruff free.
Use Fructise shampoo, i find it better. If u go out in sun try using Hair ane Shine (hair conditioner), silicones in it is very effective against harsh sun rays.
Most of all if u have liver torubles, of hyerthyroid, ect then medical treatment is abolsutely essential.
I hope u get your precious shinning hairs back
ronenbose at the rate of muchomail com manomani replied. my hair is falling again, i'm seeing a homeopathy dr, but she's gone to delhi for a month and i'm in spore.i've got hypothyroid, anaemia, alopecia areata and lichen planus.
please advise in the meantime regarding hair loss.tks
