I am having a lot of dandruff problems...please tell me any possible solutions...I cannot use egg since we are vegetarian we never use it..
I am having this problem since long..please tell me ..I used to have very thick hair now i cannot beleive how thin they have become due to loseing hair due to this dandruff...
please help

I use to have those when I dont wash my hair for like 3 days or something so i use head and shoulders it really works

Subject:  herbal remedy



I had dandruff problem for ever. Theres quite a bit of relief eversince I stopped using Shampoo & am now using only herbs - Shikakai powder, soapnut powder & amla powder. The ratio is
3:2:1 (shikakai:soapnut:amla) try with less amla & more soapnut initially. I've heard too much amla can cause itch. I also apply hibiscus oil before washing my hair. You need to wash your hair twice with the herbal mix for all the oil to come out.

Aggravation of Pitta dosha, stress, allergic reaction to shampoo, air conditioning, pollution and central heating lead to an itchy and red scalp, with tiny pimples or sores, dull and dry hair.

Remedies
Add 1 teaspoon of camphor to half a cup of coconut oil and store it in gl container.
Dosage: Mage this oil into the scalp before bed

Hey Sk,

I understand what u going thru. Try this. For 2 teaspoon of water, add a teaspoon of vinegar and few drops of lime juice. Apply on the scalp and keep it for half hr or an hr.

This has helped me. but my hair still is thin..it will take awhile i think

Hi SK,
I also have a severe dandruff problem.I have started using a shampoo called \";Nizoral\"; which is really effective and helped reduce my dandruff to a great extent...But a word of caution...please read all the instructions on the shampoo bottle and see if it suits u....hope this helps.
