vijay can you say some vitamins which are needed 4 my hair .i will be lean and i take apple,fruits,b-complex tablets,dates nowadays.i consul ted a doctor she told vit -defieciency. so what should i take to have a heal thy ,thick hair?????????i use shikkakai&vatika cocunut oil& sometimes himalaya antidandruff oil.i want to incresawe the density of my hair please help me mpvijaykhanna replied. hi sister

just take vitamin B complex tablet or green leafy vegetables
and plz dont forget to take iron. like date fruit or dexorange tablet
aprt from that try to drink tender coconut daily one
if u non-veg take more fish.
