i am 25,blor...working as an software engineer..my english is week specially in speaking ability....how to improve my speaking power...

then, how can you be an engineer if you're weak in english? I think you're good in Eng but you are just scared to talk in Eng and you're not confident. That's what my Eng teacher told me. so, believe in yourself.

dear raj,
please dont feel upset and its good that u have taken a bold step for a bright future.here r some things i personally did to improve my english:
1..read the dictionary daily and find new words to replace the commonly used ones such as 'agony' instead of 'pain'.
2..listen to english songs and try to make out their lyrics.
3..read a lot of english books,newspapers,,agazines,etc..
4..after reading the dictionary,write an essay containing those words which u have learnt.in this way,u will know how to use them.if there;s a family member who is good in english,u may ask him or her to check ur essay and assist u in ur problem.
5..be bold and confident.make sure of ur tenses and dont risk using unknown words just to create a good impression..they might make u appear like a fool.use the words u already know in a good manner.
6..try to speak expressively.change ur voice tone according to the sentence.accompany ur words with facial expressions.this will give them a deeper meaning.
7..u may search online for websites related to ur problem.
