i am in 7th month of pregnancy and due is in mid march. i have not start any shoping for baaby ,as in march i need very little woolen for baby and i am thinking of shopping in the end of jan.but sometime i feel worry that what' ll happen if it comes in jan or start of feb.sometime i feel i imediately rush to market for purchasing as it is coming tonight.movement of baby is too much that it seems it comes directly from tummy.everytime i worry about the health of baby.i don' t know what is going on,i never feel comfortable.and sometime feel my pains has started.pl help me. rajni replied. thanks for your encouraging email. I always try to keep my self cool but still sometimes i feel tensed.

I went to holy family last tuesday and everything was fine.

Have u ever tried epidural? i came to know thru these posts only about it.
Is this facility available in Holy family?pl let me know

anyways i am also very tensed as the time is approaching and this is my first pregnancy so i m more tensed..

even i was tols my baby was small but obver a months time he grew to an growth beyoud his weekly growth..

1. ur tensed about the baby cominng early: the only way to overcome this is ..keep urself well infoprmed...read plenty of books on labour..how it starts what signs u shud look out for...u have many good books like what to expect but best source is internet..
try going to babycentre....it gives u a week by week update of ur baby' s progress & also what changes r happening in ur body...Information is must dear
2. shopping: y do u goto extreme' s..shooping for ur baby shud b a pleasure not sumthin u do when ur tensed...mayb everyweeknd u can scout the market to c what baby products r avaliable.
3. keep taking to ur gynic..he/ She shud bur best friend at this stage..dont worry yaar..
4. as for unnecessary tensio the only way i can think of is prayer...whenever ur tensed start praying..it will help calm u down..
but if ur r having unexpected developments like pain etc...immediately contact ur doc....
