Hello,

I was asked to be on my regular diet and the normal fluid intake. Just be cautious when you bend..best is dont try to bend down to pick up things, avoid climbing stairs also...if you have to do so ..do slowly.

The amniotic fluid level to an extent is maintained by the fetus and there are numerous other factors controlling it..I am no expert but know that the level cannot be maintained by the mother....meaning mother has no control over the fluid level....it can drastically reduce if you have less/no fluid intake at all.

Dont worry, Stay calm and you will be fine in no time.
AVB.

Hi Gowri,

I am from March 2007 board. I had slightly more water level during my 32 nd week of pregnancy. Nothing to worry about. You just have to cautious...try not to bend down, walk slowly and try to restrict your activities to minimum. I did that for 2 weeks and then my fluid level returned to normal. You still have plenty of time and it will return to normal. Dont worry. BTW what was measure in term of numbers? In my case it was 15.6.

REgards,
AVB.
