i have hair loss andd fall for past 2 years because of vitamin defeciancy.i use shikakai&vatika hair oil.give me some home remedies& some food items to take.i am taking b complex tablets now .i have some lice.i also use himalaya antidandruff oil for this problem. i do not want to use shampoo. what shall i do vijay ?reply soon

dont worry
ya taking vitamin-B complex is good for hair and health
but to avoid hairfalling u need to take iron
daily just take 4 dates at night with milk or take daily one dexorange tablet or 1 teaspoon ferradol
yes apply coconut milk in ur scalp and hair by massage
thats enough

just grate the coconut into small pieces add little water and grind it fully by mixie
after that filter that mixture. u can get pure cocnut milk
