Please guide me regarding meals during the first trimester. what should i eat n what not?

Hi Reet
You can have all types of food....just they say to avoid papaya,pineapple and foods which have masala.

Drink lot of water daily .You can include all vegetables and fruits in your diet.

If you are a non vegetarian you can try taking Salmon fish.
