2. here in shoprite...they sell soya milk...i buy that drink...can i drink it raw..or do i have to heat it and drink..
3. and can i eat garlic daily...i mean a one flake daily...i thought its good...but then in another book i read that it may spoil pregnancy...or miscarriage would happen..
4. can any of the mothers or anyone who is pregnant...can u pl. tell me what food to avoid and what to eat more...please..i'm alone here..i don't know what to eat and what not to eat...
pl.clear my doubts...
i'm very afraid and frustrated about many things withoutany support...pl. help me...

Dear Barathy,

Hi! Well first with what not to eat i'm in my 4th month of pregnancy, my gynaec has strictly warned me not to eat fruits like Papaya, Pineapple & Guvava.
Yes as Nisha mentioned anything in small quantities is fine.
Yes i do eat Badam's soaked over night.
An aunt of mine told me to have 3-4 unsalted pista's with 11 raisins in the evening before my cup of milk or tes, it increases strength.
Most importantly please don't worry abt being alone, specially in this net age as u can always be in touch with a whole lot of us other pregnant girls around. take care your well being has a great amount of impact on the wellbeing of your baby.
U've mentioned shoprite in your mail, do u stay at MUlund in mumbai by any chance. I had been to shoprite there its a good place to hang out.

Take care.
Keep mailing incase u need to know more, i'm sure all of us are here to help& support each other in having a wonderful time during r pregnancy.
Love Mehek
