HI, i ve hypo thytoid problem and i am talking medicin for it.am loosing lots of hair due to this. My hair looks very thin.(i always had thin hair, but now its even thinner)
Is there anything i can apply externally or do diet alterations to solve this problem?

can u tell me what is your TSH level b' coz i m confused that i m having hypo/hyper thyroid . my TSh was 28.9 but now it is in range i m taking medicines since last 6 months . actually i lost the prescription and i m lossing my weight continuously(i think this ia the symptom of hyperthyroid), but remaining things are alright . i m having the regular periods. i feel that my sleeping duration is much more .
i sleep 7-8 hrs a day
i m working, i have a daughter who is 2 yrs old

i m not facing any prob at all
is there any permanent cure for this
if u have any idea about this plz let me know

if u r taking medicine means we cant do anything
so just take iron tablet with that
or take date fruit daily thats enough to stop ur hair falling now
