My son is 13 months old, he has just started walking. When he walks his legs are slightly bowleged and he keeps his legs apart from each other and walks, is this normal?
I read that after some time he will be OK. Is it so, kind give me ur comments.
Thx in advance - Suresh

Hi Suresh -

Yes, after sometime your son will start to walk normal. What I did with my son was to hold both hands and stand in front of him and make him walk straight. If he is just learning to walk on his own then he is learning to balance himself and this is probably the position he is comfortable with. Don't worry, he will be fine, just practice walking straight with or having him kick a ball so builds his leg muscles.
