an 20 year old male . My hair is falling for the past 1.5 years. Every day around 50-70 hair of mine fall. Every hair which is falling out has a bunch of flakes(scalps) at their bottom. I had consulted a Ayurvedic doctor and he had given me a oil and asked me to apply them after heating.
The amount being reduced to 40 , but the thick scalp at the bottom of every hair falling when i comb is still there. Whenever i wash my hair i loose around 100. After a head bath my hair becomes weak and very sensitive for about 5 hours. Kindly mail the remedy to strengthen my scalps so that they don' t come out and suggest my food habbits. Please know that I am a vegetarian and cannot have fish.

first stop worying regarding hair fall
bcoz mental stress also can make hair fall
thisis normal only but very little more per day
k then take spinachand nuts especially cashewnut daily 10 nuts r enough
it means per week 100gm do not eat much u will get weight gain
do not use any detergent shampoo
use herbal shampoo
weekly once apply fenugreek paste on ur head. i mean like a hair pack
leave one hour after u can wash it
