i see lot of sisters for u in this site. am ur another sis seeking help. i have continous hair fall from 2months. actually when i' m in 10th standard i used to have thick hair. anothe ting is mine is curly hair. recently i' m ysing SESA hair oil. i think u heard tht name. i' m thinking tht using tht hair oil is the reason for hair loss. wht oil should i use and shampoo. actually i searched for himalaya shampoos but i couldnt get that. so i' m prefering for ayur.
another thing wht i heard is if we get habituated to henna it shd be klife long other wise hair gets spolit. is it true? is it gud ti apply henna?
once i used menthulu but my hair became more rough. can i get my hair as previous. plsssss help me. and another thing is i' m gettin married in 4months. so i dont understand wht to do? Dd replied. Its a same story of me before 12 years. try this, it worked for me so it may work for you also.
Take any good coconut/amla oil. apply it to your hair & massage gently for 15-20 min. than take very hot(but not boiling) water, dip large napkin or half towel (cut any old towel in 2 piece & use it) lift it with a stick or belan and by roling it around, remove access water. (you can do it with you hand also but keep cold water nearby to dip your hands after or u may get burn marks. Just be careful.)
put your hair up with clips loosely. wrap this towel around your head. repeat when you feel its gone cold. do this 2-3 times. and wash your hair with mild shampoo imidiately after.
after washing comb it litely evrey few min. untill they r dry - it willl make your hair smooth & bit striaght.
Initialy u have to do this 2 times a week but once they r under control do it twice a month to maintain good hair.
Now also when after long neglect, when i start this remedy my hair improves within a month.

all might have tell i am a fraud like that. but they can know only telling complaints just leave like that kind of

ya sesa oil is good but as like u told that shampoo also ok . u can use it

will u put always hairbun at ur home
if u be like that plz avoid it.plat is good.all any smooth clip u can use to make like a hair bun
just try to take balanced diet

espesially dont allow ur body to get more heat.

try to take lemon juice daily once

because vitamin C will use to obsorb iron content from foods

nothing to worry

menthulu is always good for hair dont worry u can wash
hair dyness might be the reason by dandruff or dry scalp

plz try to apply oil atleast 3 days once

mpvijaykhanna heena replied. this fellow vijay is a fraud, he does not know anything. he keeps on writting some basic things about hair care which everyone knows. there is no solution provided to anyone except that he asks everyone if he is from banglore and then asking them to communicate on his email, all sounding so stupid and fishy. be aware he offers nothing except some oil and all that stuff whiuch u can read in any health magazine.
