u asked me that r u from bangalore. but,no, i am from hyderabad.

and u told me take evion 400 mg tablet daily. but,my dought is this tablets for what ?

and also u told me after hair wash rinse ur hair by lemon juice. but, my dought is after rinse lemon juice, again can i take head bath or hair wash ?

and also u told me that try to use herbal conditioner weekly once. but, i dont know about that, can u tell me what type of herbal conditioner is good?

and i have KTC almond oil, recently i brought this one. can i use it or shall i take another one ?

can we apply ktc almond oil for boddy massage ?

it will give good skin and hair
yes u can use that oil just for massage
olive and almond oil we can use for body skin also
final wash should be by lemon juice + water after that u can allow to dry ur hair
use himalaya products
