My hair is falling alot after coming to us.I used so many shampoos to become my hair healthier.Can any one suggest me what i should do from my falling hair.Thanks in advance. Susie replied. this is almost common to everybody who came to US due to climate change, temp,water, atmosphere like that.

though hairfall doesnt stop immediately it will take some months to stop 100%(100% depends on their body condition)

just give warm oil massage(coconut oil) every 3 days and shampoo after 1 or 2 hrs. u should be very careful in choosing the shampoo. i always recommend to use conditioner for healtier,silkier and shining hair.

for the first month for ur treatment..grind soaked fenugreeks seeds(2 tablespoon), one white yolk of egg, little besan flour,few drops of lemon and gring with curd.(no water).

apply this paste over warm oil massage. try to do this every week then surely u can notice the difference. im doing in way and no hairfall for me now.
