i am staying in hyderabad and i am 23 yrs old.i am having hair fall problem.i use head&shoudler' s shampoo but iam not getting out of this problem.
i am having lot of stress and very unbalanced diet.kindly give me diet suggessions which help' s me alot.i use coconut oil every a month.
so plzzzzz help me sir.....

and take daily 10 cashewnut daily
avoid more salt and sweet items
