i have been applying a paste of almond + milk on my face overnight for a period of 2 weeks. although i have seen my facial tone lighten slightly.. the paste leavs behind small bumps on my jaw line. i can hardly call them spots.. and they are a little red in colour. maybe this has occured due to the abrasion of almond on my face.. as when the milk dries up the almond remains as tough particles. im not sure.. :( why do you think?

if it's a bad idea to continue with this remedy.. could you suggest any other over-night ones?

maybe the remedy is not suiting u.r u sure u wash t off completely?if not.pls start doing it.another good remedy is honey with cinnamon powder.happy new year and take care!
