Dear Saniya,

Wish you a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year......

Come to the point... regarding my face :(( its really very large i just wanted to reduce the face size... I am 5-7\"; and got slim figure but do not know why my face is becoming larger and larger day by day and also have double chin :((... I feel whatever I eat it directly goes to my face ... I do not feel like going outside... I am really depressed just because of my FACE... dear SAniya... pls help me.. I am eagerly waiting for your reply...

hi dear varsha,
thank u for ur warm new year wishes.same to u dear.
urs is a common problem.u have to do facial exercises for ur face.try the following 5 to 7 times daily:
1) blow a balloon.
2)suck in ur cheeks tightly and then release them.
3)puff ur cheeks for a few seconds.
one more thing..i seriously envy ur height.i really wish to get taller and i also do some exercises but can u plsss give me the following info??
what is ur current age?what was ur height when u got ur periods?at what age did u get ut periods?how many inches did u increase after ur periods?till what age did u grow?
