Nice to hear from u,n nice to read that u were thrilled to read my msg.Since evn ur in ur 13th week,may be evn ur baby is making sumwhat same movements-)Anyways U´ ll gettu see it in ur 14th week ultrasound.U later on tell me how was the experience for u,coz my next ultrasound is gona be in 18th week.

Oh,my baby was tiny,in the sense perfect for a 13 weeek foetus to be.Doc did tell me sum inches,I dont remember though:-)..Doc also said heart beat was normal.Anyways this time she didnt make me listen or see the heartbeat..

If mom wud be there,things wud have been much more easier,n I wud get more yummy dishes to eat.Now evrything I gottu do for myself.Yes I do get sum help 4m my hubby,but mom is mom:-)Miss her absolutely.Anyways after 3 months I´ m going to my native..so Its okies:-)

4m today onwards I´ m planning to drink kesar milk.I´ ve heard daily we shd take
atleast 3 cups of milk.I donno how many ml they r,but surely must be much more
than 200ml..Yes u shd eat curd.I daily have them.Infact luv them..If u just cant have plain curd,make raitha n eat.Its really yummy:-)

Dont worry 4m 13th week u´ ll surely feel hungry.May be by start of next week,U´ ll
write msg 2 me saying ur fud intake has increased.As now the organogensis of our
baby is complete,now its starts growing.When its starts growing,obviosuly we will feel hungry.Surely u2 will very soon..U never felt hungry these days may be coz of
nausea..

Oh Yeah I dont mind putting 30 kgs:-)I was 4 kgs underweight.(for my height I need to be 55 atleast).Yes weight gain is not in our hands.We will lose it once our baby is born,coz its gona keep us on our toes:-)

Eat soaked 1 or 2 munakkas daily.,Its gud for indigestation.Evn ira had told me abt ajwain.But I´ ve heard that its heat.

hey ramya,eat plenty of fruits.Daily include oranges,apples,grapes,pomegrante in ur fruits intake..Its very gud..

Walking is also very gud for us.Its gud,u get sum time for walking.I sit at
home,then too Am very lazy to go out for walk,but If I go I walk for 2 ya 3 kms..
