You may ask her to eat 2-2 Phulkas for lunch and dinner, any amount of vegetables except for potato, brinjal. Avoid using oil while preparing food. Sandwich of 2 Atta Breads once in a day with Mint and coriender chutney.. avoid coconut.. eat lot of salad... cucoomber, tomato, carrot. She can have either one fruit such as orange, mousambi, apple only, only one in a day. If she wants to drink coconut water then no fruit on that date. Milk she can have approx 200 ml in a day.. she can drink butter milk with lot of water in it. Marie gold buiscuits.
Avoid sugar, maida, chienese food, no non-veg... but best to consult your doctor before taking any food...
