You even need to consider exercising so that you have a healthy baby. And ya, call for parental support. That is a must in this stage.Keep handy doctors numbers in case of any emergency. And ya, you could consider buying a baby name list:)

Considering what you should eat and what you must not eat is also an important point of consideration. My daughter in law is pregnant and i take care of her needs. You might have craving for various things in this stage but what is good for you must always be consulted.
