hi all

hi girls,
In the 38th week now and involved in the last minute settling down.Making sure the home will run allright even if i land up with an early deliv.My parents are'nt expected till 18th october.
I lost 500gms in my last weeks checkup but my doc says its allright and she has insistently told me to increase my protein intake.Due for my appointment tomorrow.
My sleep levels are fairly allright as long as i sleep on my left side.
girls--hows ur appetite these days..mine has really gone for a toss--all i want to do is to drink fluids..i guess its coz of the weather as its very humid here.
Sakhi,hope you are doing fine..can understand the impatience..it gets worse in the last few days.When is the due date--oct19th??
Mekha--when are your parents coming down?
Nivea--hope all is well with you--its good uve gained some weight after the earlier weight loss.

Hey Sakhi!

I am okay apart from insomnia, groin pain,mood swings...it goes on! Its nice to attend baby care basics as this is our first baby. We had our baby care basic class last week and i am sure was worthwhile.

Hope you are enjoying being your mom at home, don't you? Nivea, wow its so nice that your mom is reaching there pretty soon. I have my appointment with another doctor tomorrow coz my own doctor is pregnant herself. I don't wanna take risk if incase she goes to L and D before me.

hi everyone

Hiya Sakhi,

Nothing much happening this side too. Just had my check up today..have begun the 37 th week !

Incredible..but i put on 2 kgs this week !! Dont know where all that weight came from !!! And the doc said--control your diet !! Frankly i've been surviving on veggies all this week !!

Am passing time at home. My Mom is arriving from Pune tomorrow. I guess it must be teh excitement & happiness which helped put on that weight !!

Finally I've packed my bags too. Am eagerly waiting for the new arrival now.

padmaja..whats the news from ur side? Sakhi...hows ur swelling now? Jyotsna...how are u doing ? And mekha...havent seen u on MSN...how have u been?

I delivered a beautiful baby girl on 23rd November
at around 2 a.m. She weighed at 8lb 13oz & is 21\"; tall. It was a normal delivery, the mom & the baby are doing fine. We named her \";Shreya\";.
