if u r non veg u can take more fish also
daily add in ur diet one boiled egg
if u have split ends trim ur hair 6-9 months once trim length is just one inch
keep ur head always clean take hot oil massage wekly once atleast
dont put hairbun always make a braid by ur hairs thats good for hair growth
plz dont use chemical based shampoo

use herbal shampoo like himalaya use almond or rosemary
check ur diet
take vitamin B complex and iron by doctors advice
