Hi Everyone,
I went for my 28th week appointment and found that i lost 3 pounds from previous month. I was 125 pounds during my 24th week and now iam 122 pounds. Should this be a cause of alarm?THe doctor said their is still room for me to gain extra pounds and i can actively feel my baby moving. The heart beat of the baby is also good...
But iam scared to hell that my baby is not growing properly.. Please any one can u give me advice ?

Hi S!

I' m Arpita 4rm Chd..n into my 29th week of preg..even I have been losing weight ever since i have been pregnant..my main reason was I had severe nausea during my 3-6 mnth and cud not eat anything..even last mnth i lost a kg or so...but now iv been put on a proper diet schedule by my dietician n am hoping that i wud have put on weight this time around..

Actually we guys don' t realise what is healthy n nutritious for us during this stage hence i had to seek professional help ...wud recommend u to ask ur gyne for a proper diet chart or seek professional dietician help..it is actually worth it ..specially at this stage..All the best n do let me know if i can be of any help.

i haven' t done it but i heard about it. it is similar to ultrasound but much more clear. u will actully see the baby than just a figure. one of my friend did it. there is a fee for it.
they can even show u the gender very clearly than ultrasound. it is done around 20week.
