hi saniya i read lots of gud suggestions frpm u n i m impressed...i've normal skin but it looks very dull n boring, i wanna bring back the glow to my skin...i m 27 n mother of 4mths old baby girl

thank u for ur lovely compliments!
so..u have normal skin which appears dull.its actually due to ur diet.believe me,no remedy can work better than ur diet.what u take in will obviously be apparent on ur outside.
to bring the glow back on ur skin,first of all drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.drink a glass of milk daily.eat fresh green veggies and fruits.eat a carrot,an apple,a beetroot and a tomato daiy.u can include tomatoes and carrots in a salad.make a juice of beetroot and apple.this will save u time and its easier to consume.u need 8 hours sleep daily.go to bed early and wake up early.plus,u need to exercise daily for 30 minutes,be it brisk walk,or any other exercise u find convenient.use natural products on ur face.use honey with banana n ur face.this provides nourishment.i hope all this helps.good bye and take care!
