Hi friends if any1 can help me would be great for me and i think for others too as a wise info during our H&H 9 months.
Since the bigining of pregnancy I have low digestive system which is giving me a lot of GAS, BLOATING and all the time feeling of fullness and very hard to cope with it, though i am trying everything best i can like walking on treadmill after have every mealfor atleast 15 minutes and drinking a nice warm temp water a lot every single time, having fruits and fiber etc like almost everything i can do the best to put myself on a easy track. Thease efforts r helping but still have to face it AND 1 MORE THING TO ADD, to avoid these uneasyness I cant eat good amount of food at once specially in the night time, so most of the time i have to leave myself half empty stomach even though still hungry but no other option. Ist i thought its the matter of 1st trimester but now i am ALMOST 16 WEEKS still hasn' t gone away, DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WELL IT SEEMS I HAVE DEAL WITH IT THROUGH OUT MY PREGNANCY

So now here comes the main ques..which may be also concerned to other to be moms like me. If someone is having a WEAK DIGESTIVE SYSTEM problem like me so WOULD THAT PERSON BE HAVING HIGHER CHANCES OF GETTING (gestational diabetis) later in their pragnancy???
Please answer me with all ur experiences and others too.

LUV U GIRLS
HAVE A LOT OF BABY DUST ON UR WAY AND MINE TOO BECAUSE I AM WORRIED A LOT.

to have gas and bloating throughout pg.It doesnt stop with the first trimester.Your growing uterus presses on the digestive tract making digestion and bowel movement hard as your pg progresses. This could cause heart burn, constant feeling of fullness ,constipation etc.So do not worry your head off over this.Since you are in your second trimester ,you' ve got to eat a good balanced meal all three times a day.If its hard, eat every two hours. That should help. You are doing the right thing by drinking fluids and eating fruits and fiber.
Regards GD,I have mild GD.I never had gas or bloating in my pg nor any other symptoms like constipation, swollen legs etc.I excercised moderately, eat a good meal and still have higher blood sugar level.GD has nothing to do with your digestive system.its just the hormones released by the placenta impedes insulin production by the pancreas. So sit back and njoy your pg.GL

Hi Palak,
Eating both fruits is good for health but you have to be very cautious because banana would put you to gain weight. So better think about that and then there will be no chance of loss of weight.... - Neha [View Message]
