I would like to first thank you for your dedicated time.

I have couple of queries.

1. I am gaining weight very fast . I was 54 kg when I concieved and put 59 Kgs i.e 5 kg during my first trimester and now as I am in 23rd week I am 67 kgs. I am very concern as I heard that sometime boold sugar increases your weight drastrically. I don't have any family histroy of sugar. Please suggest.

2. I am having cramps and very bad backachee these days.. I am taking walk and doing little exercise and even taking 1000mg of calcium tabs...

3. A general query about te final date: This is my first baby and I would like to know typically how many weeks it takes for final date ?

Looks like you need to work on your diet for sure. But before that I would like to know are you carrying twins or triplets? If you are then likely you are gaining a little more weight than normal. Still a 13 kgs in two trimester is quite impressive weight gain.
I think continue your walking exercise and work on diet, try and reduce the amount of salt/carbohydrates and of course stay in limits with fatty food. Heavy weight may get in BP trouble and a term called preclampsia.
If you don't have swellings on body parts especially on hand and face then just controlled diet will put things in range.

Are you seeing a OB regularly? If yes has S/he did not notice this weight gain pattern? What was the comments made by your caregiver. If you are not seeing a OB on regular basis then do from onwards.

Cramps is mostly BHC, Braxton Hicks Contractions. Due to increased weight of uterus your back pain can get worse here after.

You should take 40 weeks from the Last Menstrual Period. since you are first timer you may take longer than 40 weeks that's by 1-2 weeks long time. But labor can happen anytime between 38 and 40 weeks in general.
