Hi,

My wife delivered a healthy baby boy. It was a normal delivery. Baby is weighing around 3.2 kgs. Baby and mother are doing fine.This is our first child.

My son has lot of hairs on forehead and on ears. Forehead and ears are black. But his body color is white.

Is he going to loose hairs on forehead and on ears?
Will his forehead and ears will get the color of his body?

Desiree replied. hi, most babies are born with lots of hair on the body, usually over arms, back face and ears. there is nothing to worry about in about 2 months u will be surprised to see majority of it fall off. lots of people told me besan is a good remedy, but however my doc said not to use the same at such an early age and stick to a mixture of haldi (turmeric powder)and milk cream, which can be used for masage purpose. try it. it helped me . im sure it will work wonders on ur baby vv replied. congrats!my baby born on th 6th of jan 05 has hair on his legs,arms & ears.Iam doing LOHI with flour & oil along with his massage-its said the unwanted hair goes away!! Don't worry about the hair, it will fall off in a few months. I got a girl who is 9 1/2 months old, she had the same when she was born. Don't worry if anybody makes any comment on anything, hair on ear & forehead it very normal thing in newborn which they loose in a couple of months.
