Hi Everyone,

Our update is that both megha and i have settled down in our new routines...me at work and megha at her day care...she is learning and repeating new things everyday and is a busy busy body...always running around moving toys from one place to the other:).

Hey Paddoo i am so excited for you...and in many ways jealous (since i couldn't afford to stay at home for more time..it's been 4 years already...no one will ever give me a job later).
I think this is the perfect time for you to be with Kich...you will raelly enjoy every moment of it...although after joining work i feel it is much tougher to be a SAHM...but it is all worth it.
And you will have no problems at all getting a job whenever you think you you are ready to go back..infact that's the last thing i would be worried about if i were in your place....just relax (you too need a break)...and enjoy being at home...take him to parks,picnics...have lots of fun.

Komal maurni replied. So glad to hear that you guys are settled with the new routine now. With Vrisa's new changes everyday, I must say I am more busy than before and I don't see it getting any slower. I am actually thinking of sending her to a montesory school here for two days a week for two hours each day. She is ready for some kiddie interaction and will probably get more from that than just playing with me. I see how she loves her playgroups but I want her to get used to being around other kids without me.

She seems to be getting skinnier and skinner everytime I turn around. She is eating well but just doesn't seem to be gaining weight. She has her 15 mo check up in two weeks so we'll see what her doc has to say.

The pregnancy is going well. Can't believe I have exactly 9 weeks from today before I have the baby. That is if I don't go into labor before hand... Still haven't decided on a name yet. Any suggestions are most welcome.

Well, I am going to make some dinner before Vrisa is up from her nap. Take care of yourself and lots of love, hugs and kisses to you and Megha.

Loved to read your message after such a long time... do keep writing yaar, our board is becoming very dull. Hope things are fine with Reena, no message from her too. Sush may be still in India... busy...

Good to know that Megha has adjusted well in the day care. I always feel its a good option as they can mingle with kids of their age and learn a lot. Unfortunately there is nothing that is good at Hyd, which has made Paddu take the decision of being a SAHM and I don't know when it will happen for me.

I know it is very tough to stay at home after having worked for so many years and even when being 9 preggo and having a tiny baby... but still its definitely going to be worth it Paddu. Atleast after so many months, you can be with Kich and Sanj - just them - and take care of your family and relax. I may sound very mean and I know that having mom with me is the biggest blessing, but I do feel the need of being just the three of us not bothered about anyone else!! Thinking of all these things, I surely think its a wise decision and you can cretainly get another job after this break.
